These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between GHC Funding LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing any service or accessing the website ghcfunding.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
GHC Funding LLC provides business consulting, forensic data hardening, entity alignment, and credit advocacy services. Our services are designed to assist business owners in preparing their business profiles for potential financing.
- GHC is not a lender, broker, or financial institution.
- We do not provide loans. We provide the consulting and manual labor required to prepare your business for third-party lending.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ACTIVATION & LABOR FEES
You acknowledge that the 90-Day Standard ($197) and 21-Day Accelerator ($297) packages involve immediate manual labor, including file audits, entity searches, and the creation of digital assets.
- Initial Payment: The activation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the work has commenced.
- Scope of Work: Because our services involve the delivery of intellectual property and manual administrative labor, we do not offer “buyer’s remorse” refunds after the digital audit has been delivered to you.
3. SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING BILLING (ADVOCACY SUITE)
By enrolling in the Advocacy Suite, you authorize GHC Funding LLC to charge your credit card $97 per month on a recurring basis.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time. To prevent the next month’s billing, you must submit a cancellation request to sales@ghcfunding.com at least three (3) business days prior to your billing anniversary.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the current billing cycle. Access to the suite will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING
While GHC Funding LLC utilizes proprietary “Forensic Hardening” methods to maximize your fundability, the final decision to lend lies solely with third-party financial institutions. * GHC Funding LLC makes no guarantee, express or implied, that the Client will be approved for a loan, line of credit, or any specific amount of capital.
- The Client acknowledges that business funding is subject to market conditions, personal credit history, and lender-specific criteria beyond the control of GHC Funding LLC.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & ACCURACY
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information (SSN, EIN, SOS Filings). GHC Funding LLC is not liable for service delays or funding denials resulting from inaccurate, fraudulent, or outdated information provided by the Client.
6. MERCHANT DISCRIPTOR
Charges on your bank statement will appear as GHC FUNDING LLC. You agree to contact our support team at sales@ghcfunding.com to resolve any billing discrepancies before initiating a formal chargeback request with your bank.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHC Funding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the denial of funding by third-party lenders.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Website or Services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Sheridan, Wyoming.
