At GHC Funding LLC, we take pride in the manual forensic hardening and consulting services we provide. Because our services involve immediate labor and the delivery of digital intellectual property, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation standards.
1. NON-REFUNDABLE ACTIVATION FEES
The 90-Day Standard ($197) and 21-Day Accelerator ($297) packages are subject to a Non-Refundable Activation Fee.
- Labor Allocation: Upon purchase, our team immediately begins the manual process of auditing your Secretary of State (SOS) filings, IRS data alignment, and Master Data Room construction.
- Policy: Once this manual labor has commenced and digital assets have been shared with the Client, these fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or “buyer’s remorse” after the work has been initiated.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS (ADVOCACY SUITE)
We believe in earned loyalty, not forced contracts. The Advocacy Suite ($97/mo) is a month-to-month subscription service.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, simply send an email to sales@ghcfunding.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
- Deadline: To avoid being charged for the subsequent month, your cancellation request must be received at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have full access to the Advocacy Suite and Bureau Data Scrubbing services until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days.
3. CHARGEBACK AVOIDANCE PROTOCOL
GHC Funding LLC values transparency. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our manual labor or consulting, we ask that you contact our billing department directly at sales@ghcfunding.com before contacting your bank.
- Initiating a “chargeback” without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team is a violation of the Terms of Service.
- We are committed to working with every client to ensure they receive the value promised in their selected tier.
4. REBATE ELIGIBILITY
Any marketing references to “Rebatable” services refer to third-party lending incentives and are subject to the specific terms of the lending institution. GHC Funding LLC does not personally issue rebates for services rendered.
